ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4576

AN ACT to name a certain portion of highway I-69 the "Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway"; and to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 1. That portion of highway I-69 beginning at exit 105 in Shiawassee county and extending east to exit 135 in Genesee county shall be named the "Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway".

Sec. 2. The state transportation department shall only provide for the erection of suitable markers indicating the name of the highway when sufficient private contributions are received to completely cover the cost of erecting and maintaining those markers.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
