A SUMMARY OF SENATE BILL 1074 AS PASSED THE SENATE:

Senate Bill 1074 would amend Section 17 of Public Act 142 of 2001, the Michigan Memorial Highway Act, (MCL 250.1001 et seq.) to delete a provision designating a portion of US-131 as the “Mackinac Trail.”
