A SUMMARY OF HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION AS INTRODUCED 8-13-03
The joint resolution would amend Article I of the state constitution to create a new Section 25, which would say that, subject to conditions established by law to manage natural resources for the common good, the people have the right to hunt and fish, to take game and fish, and to camp.
The proposed amendment would be submitted to the people at the next general election as provided by law.
