CONTENT

 

The bill would amend Part 741 (State Parks System) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to require the Department of Natural Resources, on each day a State park was open to visitors, to post a notice at the entrance to the park, stating whether or not hunting or firearm usage was allowed within the park on that day. The notice would have to be posted in a visible location and be of a sufficient type size to be read easily by park visitors.
