Changes from FY 2003-04 Year to Date: |
1. School Bond Loan Fund. The bill includes two date changes that effectively allow for the revenues generated by refinancing the SBLF debt to be deposited in FY 2002-03 rather than current law of FY 2003-04. This is necessary to balance the FY 2002-03 School Aid Fund budget. (Sec. 11(1)) |
2. Additional GF/GP Revenue to the School Aid Stabilization Fund. The bill increases the GF/GP appropriation to the School Aid Stabilization Fund by $45.6 million. (Sec. 11b) |
