CONTENT
The bill would declare that the Friday of the second full week of May would be known as "Michigan Manufacturing Day". It would encourage manufacturers to open their plants and facilities to young people, teachers, and parents, and encourage visits to manufacturing plants and facilities to foster knowledge and appreciation of the historic, scientific, economic, and cultural significance of manufacturing in Michigan.
