CONTENT
The bill would declare that the third Friday in September be known as "Michigan Manufacturing Day". It would encourage manufacturers to open their plants and facilities to young people, teachers, and parents, and encourage visits to manufacturing plans and facilities to foster knowledge and appreciation of the historic, scientific, economic, and cultural significance of manufacturing in Michigan.
