                                                                             A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled                                             

"Michigan memorial highway act,"                                            

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.1100) by adding section 79.                            

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1   Sec. 79.  Highway M-28, beginning at the eastern city limits                

2   of Ishpeming in Marquette county and continuing west through                

3   Baraga county, Houghton county, Ontonagon county, and Gogebic               

4   county to the intersection of highway M-28 and highway US-2,                

5   shall be known as the "Veterans Memorial Highway".
