A bill to amend 1978 PA 59, entitled
"Condominium act,"
(MCL 559.101 to 559.276) by adding section 56b.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 56b. A developer or association of co-owners shall not
2 prohibit a co-owner from operating as a private home provider as
3 defined in section 1 of the child care organizations act, 1973 PA
4 116, MCL 722.111, in his or her individual unit if that
5 individual unit is allowed residential use.
