SENATE BILL No. 253

March 4, 2003, Introduced by Senators SCOTT, JACOBS, CHERRY, OLSHOVE, CLARK-COLEMAN, SCHAUER, BERNERO, BRATER, CLARKE and BASHAM and referred to the Committee on Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs.

                                                                             A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled                                             

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"                       

(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 3113a.                         

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1   Sec. 3113a.  The applicant for a permit under section 3113                  

2   shall submit to the department along with the permit application            

3   a permit application fee of $1,000.00.

4       Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act does not take                      

5   effect unless all of the following bills of the 92nd Legislature            

6   are enacted into law:                                                       

7       (a) Senate Bill No. 251.

9       (b) Senate Bill No. 252.

11      (c) Senate Bill No. 250.
