A bill to make appropriations for the department of state
police and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2004; to provide for the expenditure of the
appropriations; and to provide for the disposition of fees and
other income received by the various state agencies.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

3 Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the department of state
4 police and certain other state purposes as set forth in this act
5 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004, from the following

11 Sec. 201. In accordance with the provisions of section 30
12 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state
13 spending from state resources in this appropriations act for the
14 fiscal year ending September 30, 2004 is $_______________ and
15 state appropriations paid to units of local government are $0.
16 Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures
17 authorized under this act and the departments, commissions,
18 boards, offices, and programs for which appropriations are made
19 under this act are subject to the management and budget act, 1984
