A bill to make appropriations for the family independence
agency and certain state purposes related to public welfare
services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004; to
provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; and to provide
for the disposition of fees and other income received by the
state agency.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

3 Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the family independence
4 agency and certain state purposes related to public welfare as
5 set forth in this act for the fiscal year ending September 30,
6 2004, from the following funds:

10 Sec. 201. In accordance with the provisions of section 30
11 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state
12 spending from state resources in this appropriations act for the
13 fiscal year ending September 30, 2004 is $_______________ and
14 state appropriations paid to units of local government are $0.
15 Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures
16 authorized under this act and the departments, commissions,
17 boards, offices, and programs for which appropriations are made
18 under this act are subject to the management and budget act, 1984
19 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594.
