A bill to make appropriations for the family independence agency
and certain state purposes related to public welfare services for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2005; to provide for the expenditure
of the appropriations; and to provide for the disposition of fees and
other income received by the state agency.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

2 LINE-ITEM APPROPRIATIONS
3 Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the family independence
4 agency and certain state purposes related to public welfare as set
5 forth in this act for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, from
6 the following funds:

9 Sec. 201. In accordance with the provisions of section 30 of
10 article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending
11 from state resources in this appropriations act for the fiscal year
12 ending September 30, 2005 is $_______________ and state appropriations
13 paid to units of local government are $0.
14 Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures authorized
15 under this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and
16 programs for which appropriations are made under this act are subject
17 to the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to
18 18.1594.
