A bill to make appropriations for the legislature, the judiciary,
the executive, the department of attorney general, the department of
state, the department of treasury, the department of management and
budget, the department of civil service, the department of civil
rights, and certain state purposes related thereto for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2005; to provide for the expenditure of the
appropriations; to provide for the disposition of fees and other
income received by the state agencies; and to declare the effect of
this act.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

2 LINE-ITEM APPROPRIATIONS
3 Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the legislature, the
4 judiciary, the executive, the department of attorney general, the
5 department of state, the department of treasury, the department of
1 management and budget, the department of civil service, the department
2 of civil rights, and certain state purposes related thereto, for the
3 fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, from the following funds:

7 GENERAL SECTIONS
8 Sec. 201. In accordance with the provisions of section 30 of
9 article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending
10 from state resources in this appropriations act for the fiscal year
11 ending September 30, 2005 is $_______________ and state appropriations
12 paid to units of local government are $0.
13 Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures authorized
14 under this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and
15 programs for which appropriations are made under this act are subject
16 to the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to
17 18.1594.
