A bill to amend 1987 PA 96, entitled
"The mobile home commission act,"
by repealing sections 30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e, 30f, 30g, 30h,
and 30i (MCL 125.2330, 125.2330a, 125.2330b, 125.2330c,
125.2330d, 125.2330e, 125.2330f, 125.2330g, 125.2330h, and
125.2330i).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Enacting section 1. Sections 30, 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, 30e,
2 30f, 30g, 30h, and 30i of the mobile home commission act, 1987 PA
3 96, MCL 125.2330, 125.2330a, 125.2330b, 125.2330c, 125.2330d,
4 125.2330e, 125.2330f, 125.2330g, 125.2330h, and 125.2330i, are
5 repealed.
