A SUMMARY OF SENATE BILL 95 (S-1) AS PASSED BY THE SENATE 6-1-06

 

The bill would delete provisions in the Revised School Code regarding the minimum required number of hours of pupil instruction and instead require that school districts and public school academies (charter schools) provide at least the minimum number of hours of pupil instruction each school year required under the State School Aid Act.
