A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4278 AS INTRODUCED 2-15-05

 

The bill would amend the Revised School Code to prohibit the State Board of Education, the Department of Education, a school board, a charter school board of directors, and an intermediate school board from requiring students to engage in any form of community services as a condition of graduation from a public school.
