A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 6017 AS REPORTED BY COMMITTEE
House Bill 6017 would amend Public Act 196 of 1973, which prescribes standards of conduct for public officers and employees, to prohibit a public officer from soliciting or accepting a gift or reimbursement of out-of-state travel expenses from a person required to be registered as a lobbyist agent under Public Act 472 of 1978.
