CONTENT
The bill would amend the Michigan Memorial Highway Act to name US-24 in Wayne County the "10th Mountain Division Memorial Highway", and to name Highway M-3 in Macomb County the "Ronald W. Reagan Memorial Highway".
The bill is tie-barred to House Bill 4718, which would amend the Michigan Memorial Highway Act to name M-54 between I-75 and I-69 in Genesee County the "UAW Sitdown Strike Memorial Highway" and the portion of M-54 between I-69 and M-57 in Genesee County the "Marine Corps League Memorial Highway".

FISCAL IMPACT
The bill would have no fiscal impact on State or local government. Section 2 of the Act provides that the State Transportation Department shall provide for the erection and maintenance of suitable markers only when sufficient private contributions have been received to pay for the cost of erecting and maintaining the markers.
