CONTENT
House Bills 6205, 6206, 6207, and 6208 (H-1) would amend the Public Health Code to reenact in Parts 177 (Pharmacy Practice and Drug Control), 173 (Nursing Home Administration), 169 (Marriage and Family Therapy) and 178 (Physical Therapy), respectively, provisions that would be repealed by House Bill 6147.
The bills are tie-barred to House Bill 6147, which would repeal Sections 16131 and 16263 of the Code, which prescribe the length and expiration date of terms of members serving on boards regulating various health occupations, and restrict the use of certain words, titles, and letters to individuals authorized to use them under the Code, respectively.
