CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 261 of 1965, which provides for county parks and recreation commissions, to allow a designed employee of a county drain commissioner's office to serve on such a commission in place of the drain commissioner.


Under the Act, the members of a county parks and recreation commission must include the county drain commissioner and other officials identified by the Act. The bill would refer to the county drain commissioner or an employee of the drain commissioner's office designated in writing by the commissioner.
