CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 261 of 1965, which provides for county parks and recreation commissions, to allow a designee of a county drain commissioner to serve on such a commission in place of the drain commissioner.


Under the Act, the members of a county parks and recreation commission must include the county drain commissioner and other officials identified by the Act. The bill would refer to the county drain commissioner or a designee of the drain commissioner.
