HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 1500

     A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

"The social welfare act,"

by amending section 14i (MCL 400.14i), as amended by 2005 PA 333.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 14i. Sections 57f(3)(c), (e), and (f) and 57g(4), (5),

(6), and (7) do not apply after December 31, 2006 March 31, 2007.

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless all of the following bills of the 93rd Legislature are

enacted into law:

     (a) Senate Bill No. 1501.

     (b) House Bill No. 6580.

     (c) House Bill No. 6587.
