SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4487

     A bill to amend 1979 PA 72, entitled

"An act to require the governor to report certain tax information

with the annual budget message to the legislature,"

by repealing section 8 (MCL 21.278).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1.  Section 8 of 1979 PA 72, MCL 21.278, is

repealed effective January 1, 2007.

     Enacting section 2.  This amendatory act does not take effect

unless House Bill No. 4486 of the 93rd Legislature is enacted into

law.
