"Michigan election law,"
by amending section 479 (MCL 168.479).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
479. Any A
person or persons, feeling
themselves who
feels
aggrieved by any
a determination made by said the [fourth
district of the state court of appeals, the] board ,
of
state canvassers[,] or the state director of
elections may have
such
the determination reviewed by mandamus, certiorari, or
other
appropriate remedy in the supreme court.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless all of the following bills of the 93rd Legislature are
enacted into law:
(a) Senate Bill No. 973 or House Bill No.____ (request no.
