A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled
"Michigan election law,"
by amending section 478 (MCL 168.478).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
478. At the time of filing any such a petition under
this
chapter, the person or persons filing the same
petition may
request
a notice of the approval or rejection of said petitions
the petition to be forwarded by [<<

elections
to such the person
or persons or any other persons so
designated
at the time of the filing of such petitions. In any
case
where such the petition. If a request is made at the time of
filing
of the petitions petition, it
shall be the duty of the
secretary
of state, immediately upon the determination thereof, to
approval or rejection, shall transmit by registered or certified

sufficiency
or insufficiency of said petitions the petition.
<<Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless all of the following bills of the 93rd Legislature are enacted
into law:

(b) Senate Bill No. 974.
(c) Senate Bill No. 975.
(d) Senate Bill No. 976.
(e) House Bill No. 5649.
