A bill to amend 2000 PA 403, entitled
"Motor fuel tax act,"
by repealing section 124 (MCL 207.1124).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 124 of the motor fuel tax act,
2000 PA 403, MCL 207.1124, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No. 1074 of the 93rd Legislature is enacted into
law.
