SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 6576

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 30104b; and to repeal

acts and parts of acts.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 30104b. (1) Section 30306b applies to a proposed project

or a permit application under this part.

     (2) This section is repealed effective October 1, 2010.

     Enacting section 1. Section 30306b of the natural resources

and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.30306b, is

repealed effective October 1, 2010.
