SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 564

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 97.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 97. Highway M-46 from the intersection of M-24 and M-46

in Tuscola county and continuing east to the intersection of M-53

and M-46 in Sanilac county shall be known as the "AMVETS Memorial

Scenic Drive".
