A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled
"Public health code,"
(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 9202.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 9202. A local health department, health care provider, or
any other person who offers immunization treatments shall not
administer any immunizing agent that contains more than 1 microgram
of mercury or mercury compounds, including, but not limited to,
thimerosal.
