A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled
"Michigan vehicle code,"
(MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 405.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 405. An individual shall not bring or maintain an action
for personal injury or property damage sustained by the individual
arising from the individual's operation of a motor vehicle in
excess of the applicable speed limit while fleeing and eluding a
police or conservation officer in violation of section 602a.
