      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

by amending section 31 (MCL 338.2231), as amended by 2003 PA 87.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1        Sec. 31. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as

 

 2  a hearing  aid dealer  health care provider,  salesperson  

 

 3  hearing health care assistant, or trainee under article 13 of the

 

 4  occupational code, MCL 339.1301 to 339.1309, are as follows:

 

 

     (a) Application processing fees:                

     (i) Dealer Hearing health care provider.......    $  20.00 50.00

     (ii) Salesperson Hearing health care              

assistant.........................................    20.00 50.00

     (iii) Trainee.................................. 10.00 20.00


     (b) Examination fees:                           

     (i) Complete dealer provider examination.....     100.00

     (ii) Dealer Provider examination, per             

part..............................................    35.00

     (iii) Complete salesperson assistant              

examination.......................................    100.00

     (iv) Salesperson Assistant examination, per      

part..............................................    30.00

     (c) Examination review.......................    20.00

10      (d) License fees, per year:                     

11      (i) Dealer Hearing health care provider......     80.00 200.00

12      (ii) Salesperson Hearing health care assistant     50.00 175.00

13      (iii) Trainee as follows:.....................     50.00

14      (A) If paid through September 30, 2003 or       

15 after September 30, 2007.......................... 20.00

18        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

19  unless Senate Bill No. 841
