A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled
"Revised judicature act of 1961,"
(MCL 600.101 to 600.9947) by adding section 1350c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 1350c. Jurors impaneled at any trial may discuss evidence
and testimony presented at that trial before the trial concludes,
but only when the court is in recess. This section only allows
discussion among jurors serving on the same jury panel, and does
not permit any of those jurors to discuss that evidence or
testimony with any other individual.
