This bill extends the sunset for a variety of occupational license fees, which were due to expire on September 30, 2007, to September 30, 2012.  The occupations affected include architects, professional engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, barbers, collection agency managers, professional community planners, cosmetologists, employment consulting agents, auctioneers, foresters, hearing aid dealers, real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, residential building contractors, morticians, and ocularists.

FISCAL IMPACT:
