BRIEF SUMMARY:

            The bill amends the original conveyance act to allow for the sale of about 116 acres of property owned by the Department of Community Health for $1.00 to the Tuscola Area Airport Authority instead of Indianfields Township.  The bill still requires the property to be used exclusively for public purposes.     

FISCAL IMPACT:

            Net proceeds from the sale are to be deposited into the state's General Fund.
