1. Information Technology. The Governor recommended an increase of $1,500,000 GF/GP to reflect anticipated FY 2007-08 technology costs and $500,000 restricted to reflect fees from additional Michigan Public Safety Communication System subscribers.	2,000,000
2. Use of Liquor License Revenue. The Governor recommended use of Liquor License revenue to replace GF/GP in Fire Investigation and Training ($1,593,300) and At-Post Troopers ($1,040,200).	0
3. Use of Crime Victims Rights Fund. The Governor Recommended use of Crime Victims Rights funds to offset projected GF/GP deficits in the Sex Offender Registry, Amber Alert, polygraph testing and forensic witness testimony costs, for a total of $1,027,300.	1,027,300
4. Other Restricted Increases to Offset Other Projected GF/GP deficits. 7. Competitive In-Service Training Grants. The Governor recommended an increase in restricted revenue (Justice Training Grants) for in-house law enforcement training.	200,000

32. Hiring Freeze. The Governor changed the interval of hiring freeze reports from monthly to quarterly. (Sec 205)

33. Secondary Road Patrol Grants. The Governor changed the interval of required reports to the Legislature from quarterly to annually. (Sec. 401)

34. DNA Protocol. The Governor changed the requirement that the MSP must distribute its protocol for retaining and purging DNA analysis samples and records to only requiring notification if it changes. (Sec. 501)

35. Trooper School. Requires Trooper School to maintain strength at 1075. Governor included only language limiting trooper funding to certain expenses. (Sec. 218)
