CONTENT
The bill would amend the Motor Fuels Quality Act to require the Director of the Department of Agriculture, by June 1, 2009, to make available for public comment proposed standards to ensure the purity and quality of diesel fuel that is biodiesel or a biodiesel blend, including a blend designated as B20.
(Biodiesel B20 is 20% biodiesel and 80% petroleum diesel.)
