     A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

"The Michigan penal code,"

by amending section 447 (MCL 750.447), as amended by 2004 PA 404.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 447. This chapter does not apply to any contests or

exhibitions conducted, held, or given pursuant to the provisions of

the Michigan boxing unarmed combat regulatory act, 2004 PA 403, MCL

338.3601 to 338.3663.

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4869(request no.

00883'07) of the 94th Legislature is enacted into law.
