SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 383

      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

"State license fee act,"

by amending section 15 (MCL 338.2215), as amended by 2007 PA 77.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1        Sec. 15. Fees for a person registered licensed or seeking

 2  registration licensure as a landscape architect under article 22

 3  of the occupational code, MCL 339.2201 to 339.2211, are as

 4  follows:

5	(a)	Application processing fee as follows:.....  $200.00
6	(i)	If paid after
7		September 30, 2012.........................  $ 30.00
8	(ii)	Beginning October 1, 2003 through
9		September 30, 2012.........................    35.00

1	(b)	Supplemental application processing fee....    20.00
2	(c)	Examination fees:
3	(i)	Complete examination.......................   265.00
4	(ii)	Section 1 of the examination...............    25.00
5	(iii)	Section 2 of the examination...............    35.00
6	(iv)	Section 3 of the examination...............   100.00
7	(v)	Section 4 of the examination...............   125.00
8	(d)	Examination review.........................    25.00
9	(e)	Registration Licensure fee,
10		per year..............................    40.0060.00

11        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

12  unless Senate Bill no. 382 of the 94th Legislature is enacted

13  into law.

14        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 120

15  days after the date it is enacted into law.
