A bill to amend 1986 PA 268, entitled
"Legislative council act,"
(MCL 4.1101 to 4.1901) by adding section 753.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 753. In addition to the report required under section
752, not later than June 1, 2009 the commission shall report to
each house of the legislature recommendations on how to
consolidate, streamline, and make more efficient the functions and
services conducted by state agencies.
