A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
by amending section 158 (MCL 750.158).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
158. Any person who shall commit the abominable and
detestable
crime against nature either with mankind or commits
sodomy with any animal shall be is
guilty of a felony , punishable
by
imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 15 years. ,
or

a sexually delinquent person ,

in
the state prison for an
indeterminate term, the minimum of which
shall
