A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled
"The insurance code of 1956,"
(MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 2107a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 2107a. At the time of application, an automobile insurer
shall provide written notification to each applicant for automobile
insurance of the causes that would lead to cancellation or
ineligibility for coverage at the time of renewal for the
automobile insurance policy.
