Senate Bill No. 1418, entitled
A bill to amend 1975 PA 238, entitled “Child protection law,” by amending sections 7 and 8 (MCL 722.627 and 722.628), section 7 as amended by 2006 PA 621 and section 8 as amended by 2008 PA 46.
With the recommendation that the bill pass.
The committee further recommends that the bill be given immediate effect.

The committee further recommends that the bill be given immediate effect.

With the recommendation that the substitute (S-1) be adopted and that the bill then pass.
The committee further recommends that the bill be given immediate effect.
