HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR
SENATE BILL NO. 150
A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled
"The code of criminal procedure,"
by amending section 14h of chapter XVII (MCL 777.14h), as amended
by 2008 PA 430.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 CHAPTER XVII
2 Sec. 14h. This chapter applies to the following felonies
3 enumerated in chapter 445 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:

3 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
4 unless all of the following bills of the 95th Legislature are
5 enacted into law:
6 (a) Senate Bill No. 149.
7 (b) Senate Bill No. 223.
8 Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect April
9 1, 2011.
