SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 5222

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing part 317.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Part 317 of the natural resources and

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.31701 to

324.31713, is repealed effective October 1, 2009.
