Complete to 1-31-11
A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4129 AS INTRODUCED 1-25-11
The bill would amend the Michigan Memorial Highway Act to designate highway M-24 within the city limits of Auburn Hills in Oakland County as the "William Davidson Memorial Highway."
MCL 250.2078
FISCAL IMPACT:
Section 2 of the Michigan Memorial Highway Act indicates that the State Transportation Department shall only provide for the erection of suitable markers indicating the name of the highway "when sufficient private contributions are received to completely cover the cost of erecting and maintaining those markers."
