A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4316 AS INTRODUCED 2-23-11

The bill would amend Section 705 of the Michigan Vehicle code to specify that nothing in the act or rules promulgated under the act would require a slasher table saw (as used in logging operations) to be equipped with brakes. 

The section being amended prescribes what kind of brake equipment is required for a variety of vehicles and trailers.
