(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding sections 13537 and 13832.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 13537. This part is subject to part 14 of the natural
resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL
324.1401 to 324.1429.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
