A bill to amend 1979 PA 94, entitled
"The state school aid act of 1979,"
(MCL 388.1601 to 388.1772) by adding section 9.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 9. The legislature shall ensure that a bill amending this
act to provide the annual appropriations for the purposes of this
act for the fiscal year beginning October 1 is enacted into law not
later than June 15 immediately preceding that fiscal year.
