A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 70.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 70. The portion of highway M-61 from the eastern city
limit of the city of Gladwin to the intersection of highway M-61
and highway M-30 in Gladwin county shall be known as the "Trooper
Jeffrey Werda Memorial Highway".
